Welcome to BrightFantasyRun. By accessing or using our fantasy tennis sports platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing our website, or participating in fantasy tennis contests, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility

To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

3. Fantasy Sports Contests

Contest Participation

By entering a contest, you agree to:

• Compete fairly and in accordance with all contest rules
• Accept the scoring system and point calculations as final
• Acknowledge that lineup decisions are your sole responsibility
• Submit lineups before the specified contest lock time

Scoring and Results

Contest scores are calculated based on official ATP and WTA statistics. Our scoring system is automated and final. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or address technical issues that affect contest integrity.

Contest Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone contests due to insufficient participation, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (including tournament cancellations, weather delays, or player withdrawals).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Engage in fraudulent activity or collusion with other users
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantage
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
• Attempt to manipulate or disrupt platform functionality
• Share or sell your account to other individuals
• Reverse engineer or exploit platform vulnerabilities

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on BrightFantasyRun, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of BrightFantasyRun or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services for statistics, player information, and tournament data. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of these external services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightFantasyRun, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account access
• Technical errors affecting contest results
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Reliance on platform statistics or information

Contest Disputes

While we strive for accuracy, fantasy sports involve inherent uncertainties. We are not liable for scoring discrepancies, statistical errors from official sources, or disputes regarding player performance interpretations.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrightFantasyRun and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your fraudulent or illegal conduct

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or abuse
• Prolonged inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform immediately ceases. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from account termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BrightFantasyRun operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
